1. All vehicles must have a fail safe or a throttle return spring, and must be set correctly to ensure members safety at all times

2. No engines to be started before 09.30hrs. Drivers will be free to practice then, untill the drivers breifing.

3. During racing only marshalls are allowed onto the track, No pit crew or spectators!

4. Marshalls must use the high visibility vests provided.

5. Marshalls must use the protected marshalling points only.

6. Marshalls will only replace a vehicle on to the track when the wheels have ceased turning.

7. Only race drivers are allowed onto the rostrum during racing.

8. Pitstops and re-fuelling may only take place in the pit lane and in the designated area.

9. All transmitters to be off at all times in the pit area whilst racing is underway

10. Drivers will at all times take evasive action, Aggressive / excessive contact will result in disqualification.

11. No car will be run with a broken/loose silencer/exhaust system.

12. litter must be placed in the bins provided, Under no circumstances is fuell to be discarded on track premises.

13. No spectators are allowed onto the track/pit lane area at anytime.

14. Absolutely NO under 16's are allowed to marshall, go on to the track or beyond the barriers, arrangements must me made for an adult to cover.

15. Kernow Off-Road Track accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to persons, vehicles or equipment on these premises.
